SYREN is a silver fox spirit that picks the souls of dead animals and birds and helps them to incarnate in other bodies.
In other words, she regulates the cycle of life and death.

. Lives in Syberia.
. No one can see her but dying animals and birds. Sometimes, if necessary, she can become visible for a short period of time. Also Syren can warn living creatures about danger with the jingle of her bells to avoid unnecessary death.
. Her eyes glow in the dark.
. Syren can cry and howl, but doesn't do it very often. Usually, she mourns quite expressively the death of animals killed by people and the death of cubs.
. She hates people, so often she breaks or steals their stuff like tents, food, maps, knifes, etc. At nighttime she likes to scare people with horrendous crying, howl, rustles in the grass and glints of her eyes in the dark. Especially she abhores hunters. In middle Ages she liked to steal and break hunters' arrows to decorate her tail with them. Nowadays she only breaks their shotguns, hunting knifes and other things, but never steals them.
. She can turn things into gold, but do it extremely rarely. It's her side power.
