I've been having this idea to do a short story about my shiny Gallade way back when I had him in Pokemon Pearl. Jacobus, the Gallade, is an abandoned, lost Kirlia. He runs into a mob of pawniards led by an old seasoned Bisharp, Butcher. He ends up getting attacked by the pawniards, but put up a good fight despite being a psychic type.

Impressed and seeing the desperation of Jacobus, he takes him under his wing despite his minions' disdain. He is curious to see if he can train a Kirlia amongst pawniards.

A lot of the story is him surviving in a brutal natured group until the right of passage. This is when pawniards battle to each other to win the chance to face the Bisharp, to become the new leader.

Jacobus ends up gaining that right, Butcher presents him with a dawn stone that Jacobus gladly accepts to evolve.

Later, after some chaos ensues with the fact that a Kirlia won the right of passage among the pawniards, mutiny has happened and he was forcibly banished and Butcher was murdered. Jacobus goes on a quest to return and seek revenge, but he needs to level up. He runs into many other pokemon, some good, some bad.
