In fact I was writing a fanfic about it a while ago, but due to actual book writing, work and the ever encroaching threat of falling head over heels for a videogame made me quit it, or hopefully just postpone. It's on my DA account.

What's your fanfic about?

It's a story that occurs somewhere in between the middle of the show and the final battle with Cyclonia. The Storm Hawks learn about a mysterious terra located in a highly inhospitable terrain where the Cyclonians mine a crustal called Titan's Stone. They're also made aware of a dying race called the Lupians, whose home, Terra Lupia was destroyed by the earlier Master Cyclonis, shortly before the battle where the original Storm Hawks fell to Dark Ace's betrayal. The Lupians are basically humanoid huskys who live in a reformist, pre-Meiji Japanese-style society.

The Storm Hawks, after rescuing slaves and putting a stop to the Cyclonian mining operations, are then set upon by a segment of the Cyclonian military called the Terror Fangs, a large pro-Cyclonian mercenary company comprised solely of Lupians lead by their betrayer Prince Ulvar and his loyalists. The Storm Hawks also gain new allies called the Twister Wolves, a sky-knight/mercenary force which is lead by a young Lupian called Lupin while all of it's members belong either to a separate race or nation.

The main plotline is uncovering a secret surrounding the inhospitable Terra Alpha, which allegedly houses an ancient power prevalent in the Lupians' ancient religion.

As I mentioned, I have the chapters I've finished on deviantart. It's title is "Depths of the Gem God".
