Not much too it, she is a favorite artist of mine, even though this piece in particular is a deviation from her normal style. I love it regardless, so much so I plan on having her do all of my absurd list of characters in this style over time.
Was originally transparent background, but FA cannot seem to handle uploading it correctly, so had to throw some color on it rather then let it upload with a black background.

Already covered this in the past, Killrez is a hybrid of Wolfen(the species, not just a wolf) and Crimson dragon. There is a lot more to the story then that, but the dragon species where his character comes from are all natural shape shifters and regularly mingle with other races, he did look like a normal Wolfen until events transpired to turn him into the monstrous beast he is now.
