So as my close friends and patrons already know, I've decided to promote my "were"wolf character Megan to being a second fursona n.n As I've developed her, I've fallen in love with her and she's become more and more like me. Cerine is still me, too, of course (and most people are going to see me as Cerine first), but she and Megan represent me in different ways, at least insofar as their "characters" go. Cerine's the ideal me. She's everything I want to be -- a strong, stoic, dependable figure who looks out for everyone around her, particularly Erin and Rienne. Megan, on the other hand, is who I am in reality: insecure, struggling with body image, and needing direction. She's a more authentic side of me n.n; And that is something I have been trying to work on recently.

It's also funny to me that my personal history with this character has taken so many turns. In her debut story (note: NSFW but it's writing) I put her together as a throwaway character just for the idea of having someone Cerine used to know come and see her with a much bigger chest. But in writing that story, it genuinely felt like Megan had always existed and was just waiting to come back into Cerine's life. After that, I went through a period where I regretted creating her, because I felt like she was taking away from other projects and ideas I had in the works. I thought about just quietly getting rid of her, but come Custom-Crafted (also NSFW) I needed another element to elevate that story and make it more interesting, so I grabbed Megan and tossed her in there. The idea of her becoming a werewolf and an "infuser" (someone who permanently adapts to alchemy) was all done on impulse but I loved it. And again, her chemistry with Cerine just shined through. Now she was complete: The werewolf whose ability to become huge and strong didn't do a damn thing to help with her insecurities. I haven't gotten to writing her alongside Ava yet, but they're absolute foils and should be a lot of fun XD

So um... yeah, hi n.n I'm a wolf now, I guess? Oh, and don't mind the milk jug. I'm saving it for later.
