An iberian wolf casts a pensive look to the sky as he stands on his balcony early one morning... Is there anything out there? Anything at all?
I feel more than I know, most of the time, and know less than I think...
This should probably be in scraps, but I refuse to put it there. I want to be reminded of it occasionaly, and my scraps are mostly forgotten. He has no need to be perfect.

When I saw the tag catagory "scraps", I was all ready to argue with you. I'm glad that you relented, because this is really too good.
Per milligram of caffeine, green tea is more emotionally uplifting than coffee due to polyphenol constituients such as EGCG. A cup of green tea has only about 15 mg. caffeine, where a cup of fresh brewed coffee has about 120 mg. Try drinking about 10 cups of green tea in one day. Not only will it cheer you up, at that dose, the ECGC and related polyphenols will subtilly intensify colors and textures. There are more psychoactives in tea than just caffeine. It's good for you too.

You know, even after living in Japan for 5 years, I still think green tea smells and tastes like somebody's lawn. *makes a face*
