And with that, I tried making Mirage look as absolutely demented as I could. Most of the lines were overshadowed by the purple, so I had to bright it up a lot, but otherwise I’m loving the result. I’m working on emotions more and am trying for more extreme facial expressions. Since Mirage usually has a smug or evil smile of some kind, I took that and exaggerated it. Also, he’s scary as hell and I wanted to do him some justice by making him appear way more unhinged. This is not a face you want to be around to see him make, because it usually means a violent escalation.

Fun fact : I couldn’t decide between two songs I listed to to do the text behind him and the title, so I used lyrics for two different songs. The text behind him is a verse from a song called “Voices” by Derivakat and the title is a line from “Dirty Little Animals” by Bones UK.
