Introducing Felix Schneider, better known as "Magnum". He's an Arctic Fox, 36 years old, born in Germany.

He used to be a soldier in the United Nations, well trained in the Korean art of Tang Soo Do, and was investigating Shenlong Zhang's empire by taking part in his tournament 6 years ago, exactly 4 years after Kotaro Miyamoto was killed. He got far in the tournament, but secretly investigated Zhang's hidden empire of drugs and weaponry.

When Zhang discovered his actions, he not only disqualified him, but fought him personally, serious injuring hm. The brutality of the fight cost Magnum his left arm, and the use of his left eye.

Upon returning to Germany, he was barely alive. Top scientists saved his life by using bionics to repair his body, including a replacement for his missing arm, which was modified with a catch wire and grappling hook. Disgraced that he failed his mission, Magnum went AWOL from the army, and went from soldier to mercenary.

He's never forgotten his defeat that day, and when he heard of Zhang's fall, he was surprised. He heard about Kentaro, and thought to himself, "To think that this child did what I failed to do. I wonder how good of a fighter he really is?"
