EDITOR'S NOTE: Judge Marcus is actually a bull, not a bison, but the bull wasn't an option listed in the species menu. FA needs to fix that.
Seen here on the bench doing what he does best, Judge Marcus has become one of the most celebrated (and feared) circuit court judges of our time, and has equally done just as well as the U.S. Attorney General. Here's his bio:
Judge Marcus Bio
Name: Judge Ken Marcus
Species: Bull (though some of his relatives are actually minotaurs, but he is all bull)
Gender: Male
Nationality: American
Appearance: Large and muscular bull with blue eyes, and typically does everything on his bare hooves. He traditionally wears a gray or black suit-and-tie combination, and/or business casual at the least. During his time as a judge, he also wore the traditional black robe.
Though he doesn't play any musical instruments, Judge Marcus does own a maroon-and-silver drum major uniform, complete with a shako containing a white plume. The name "JUDGE MARCUS" is written on the shako in its entirety.
Hometown: Wildcat City, Kansas, USA
Current Residence: Wildcat City, Kansas, USA
Second Residence: Washington, D.C., USA
Age immortalized due to CNG effects: 29
Superpowers: Though not a G-52, CNG gave the same ability to summon portals that Cripto has, as well as waving his hands in front of him to change clothes on the fly. This means it is possible that he has the ability to warp reality; however, he doesn't use his powers in public.
Bio: Though he's never had his own television show, Judge Marcus is sometimes thought of as the "Judge Judy of the animal kingdom;" like Judge Judy, he takes a strict, no-nonsense approach to dealing out justice, although depending on what mood he is in, he'll sometimes lighten up. Otherwise, he demands absolute authority and obedience. Some of his cases occasionally made the national news because of this, and due to issues he had in his early years with people in the gallery not behaving themselves, he campaigned hard (and succeeded) to switch his courtroom to a courtroom with no audience whatsoever. When COVID-19 broke out, he handled all cases virtually from his home.
Judge Marcus began his career as a moderator of jury trials, but over time he gravitated to bench trials as head of a small-claims court. He remained in this position until his abrupt retirement in 2020, due to the fact Leo the Patriotic Lion unexpectedly won the election; Marcus was subsequently appointed U.S. Attorney General, a position he has held since. However, he retains his no-nonsense attitude, and like Leo, he is not afraid to slam both left and right. In G-52 terms, he is only an ally, since some of his comments wouldn't fly with the standards Super C has set, having based the G-52 Code of Conduct on the Bible's principles. (Super C has noted, however, that Judge Marcus has attempted to make his rulings based on the Code, and so he hasn't made a comment about it.)
Over time, Judge Marcus became a special exception to the rule, as though he was doing bench trials, the amounts awarded for certain cases went beyond the traditional $5,000 limit.
When Leo the Patriotic Lion unexpectedly won the 2020 election and became President of the United States, Judge Marcus abruptly retired to serve as the U.S. Attorney General.
After receiving a gift card to "Uniforms 'R' Us," Wildcat City's premiere uniform shop that is currently in the process of expanding and going nationwide, Judge Marcus used it to buy a maroon and silver drum major uniform; though he doesn't play an instrument, he does appreciate music, and sometimes he has a tendency to march to the drum cadences playing in his head. Later, during a musical session with Leo the Tiger and his friends Blue and Pink, the judge performed a few routines involving twirling batons, having secretly taken lessons on how to do it from the Marching Wonder and other drum majors. (They also taught him how to use a mace when on parade.) Blue then surprised him with a few martial arts skills he learned, all of which also involved the baton.
Judge Marcus habitually begins every day by standing at attention on his hooves while facing an American flag in his home, and saluting it while listening to a recording of the national anthem.
As of now, it is not known how CNG got to him, or what he was doing at the time it happened.
Quotes: Judge Marcus has too many quotes to be listed here; I have compiled them into a separate document.
