Up next, continuing with the character profile series, this one’s special:
Here’s a character I made for Warner Brother’s Road Rovers, I’m very sure a lot of you heard about it, and in case you don’t, I highly recommend you to watch it (If it was in HBO max, oh well, you can still find it online, it’s not very hard)
Anyway, here’s Krieger II Hauptmann, also known as Kabal:
Born in Berlin, Germany, Kabal’s the son of general Krieger and Greta, and big brother of Harold (Geist) and Eric (Blitz)
Since as a pup, Kabal admired his father for being a brave and strong general, he followed his footsteps to grow up and be just like him, as a result, his father assigned him to the military school, where his brothers also came along, despite Geist’s being the only one hesitant to it.
Being the eldest of the three, Kabal played the role of a father and brother figure, with the purpose to keep their brothers together and lead them the right path so they’ll grow and become just like the father, with Geist being the only that sometimes cause Kabal a pain in the neck…
Blitz: Or in this case, “A pain in the tush!”
Skyler: Hey! Who’s telling the story of your brother, you, or my boyfriend?
It’s okay, honey, let him be, you’re not Exile after all. Anyway, as I was saying, dealing with his younger brother Geist was an issue since he was a troublemaker.
Despite of that, Kabal continue keeping an eye of the two so they’ll grow and become strong and bold, just like a real Doberman.
However, things would change for the Hauptmann family when Kabal went on a flight mission to Bremen, when the airplane crashed into the forest. While few survivors and bodies were found, nothing about Kabal was found, and because the found the plane on fire, it is believed he perished upon impact, as a result, and later when their parents died, and Geist was taken by Dr. Pyscho to become a member of the M.A.S. (Mutant Assassination Squad), it was believed Blitz was the only survivor of the family.
But years later, after Blitz became a member of the Road Rovers, during one of the missions to stop general Parvo and his cano-mutants, Blitz was thrown into a deep pit, where it led into a hidden valley full of dinosaurs.
There, Blitz would get surprised from discovering his brother Kabal was still alive. After Kabal recognized his young brother, he explained that after the crash, he jumped out of the plane with a parachute along with others, but when landing, he falls into that pit, ending to a hidden valley full of dinosaurs.
While learning the truth of the dinosaurs’ when the ice age begun billion of years ago, Kabal learned to survive at the valley, becoming a barbaric guardian of the valley, believing humans should not find out about the valley, for the sake to avoid the real extinction of this specimen. As Blitz also told him about the death of his parents and Geist joining the dark side.
Skyler: *Snicker*, “Dark side”!
Yeah, yeah, Skyler, an unintentional Star Wars reference, anyway, after Blitz told him everything and about the Road Rovers, Kabal decided to not only join the team, but in return, find his brother Geist and bring him back to the good side, even if it means to fight to the death.
While Kabal shares some personalities from his father, Kabal’s very kind hearted and peaceful, with strong temper, he never loses it, only when he needs it. While sometimes narcist, not so much like his brother Blitz.
Because he was raised in a prehistoric kind of valley, this caused that Kabal’s language German be mixed with caveman, like for example, when talking to someone, he uses pronouns every time, even before using verbs.
While he’s an official Road Rover member, Kabal prefers be a lone wolf, but if his brother is involved, he always joins the team to fight the evil. And when one of their enemies they faced Geist’s involved, he hopes to convince him to change for good.
He gets along really well with everyone on the team, including Colleen, where his younger brother Blitz used to fall in love with her before meeting Serena and marry her.
And with that, there you have it, Kabal, the heart of the family.
