Arch nemesis to both the Spy Hero and the Police Force. Nocturne did not intend to go down this path, but he found this was the only way to meet his own personal hero again. Ever since that fateful encounter, with just a can of soup in his hand, he was almost apprehended by a certain axe dragon. Though, seeing the kindness in that dragon's eyes, he was allowed to leave and save his family. Now, he wants to save those around him, and change the world from its corruption. With his team by his side, he will right the wrongs and bring his savior back from the evil clutches of society.
