lindskoldjanis the Saarlooswolfhond (a type of wolfdog)! Here he is wearing a star-trek-based mechanic's uniform, tinkering with some machinery. :)

It's not based on the show uniforms, but rather uniforms from Star Trek Online, which are based on the show ones but much more mech-heavy. The commissioner provided the reference, beyond that I don't know! :)

Great expression, very focused on readjusting that pesky inertial dampener (the first thing that goes off line when the Enterprise gets attacked). Maybe he's on Scott Bakula's enterprise, where things were much more hands-on.
