She and her siblings are plotting something, but that's still a mystery. For now, her forces are busy conquering the region, and battling the few kingdoms that can fight back.

As a dragon, I only assume she was innately born with it.

Yes, she was born very talented. But still, she did learn a lot from other sources, and she likes to craft new spells. For now i can say her heritage is very special.

Like, does she walk around the streets not caring if others look at her weird, or with fear? Or does she disguise herself among the crowd?

She very rarely leaves her tower. But if she had to go out for a while, she will prefer to disguise to avoid unnecessary attention.

Dark magic, offensive spells, that kind.

It's also obvious from her introduction that she has a soft spot/weakness for certain people. "cute" was the reason we got from her introduction "Trapped" all the way to "You are the (un)lucky assassin"

Is this because she's a needy/horny type? Or is there more to it than that? Is it perhaps also a form of ritual that she get something out of? Perhaps the victim gets drained, or even corrupted and made a servant/slave?
I mean, we do have confirmation that she has an undead army, so it wouldn't surprise me that she has other types of minions, some for war, others for her own personal pleasure.

And judging on "Foolish Knight" Kala is an ally, along with Rasputitsa.

Yes, she regularly uses subject for her needs. Nobody knows what beccame of them, but she did have a "royal guard" of sorts that she and her generals only summon on emergencies.

Are there 2 Noriko one in the main characters universe and one in the fantasy universe or did you move Noriko from the main characters universe to the fantasy universe? Noriko started "nowhere" so to speak, but i decided to move her to the fantasy stuff, so that's where she belongs now. She will appear again in the future (and that means i will update her too).

So there is no canon Noriko in the main characters universe correct, She is part of the fantasy universe.

I honestly would have liked Noriko to have lore in the main characters universe, the potential. But she's your character O well.

Oh no this one is BAD. She may seem amicable at first glance but she is definitely evil.
