COMMENT ON MYSELF: This is yet another redone version of one of my characters. I experimented a little with armor on this one and I toyed around with the sheathed sword a little too. Originally, Rend's last name used to be Toshiba, but I changed it because I didn't want him named after some electronics company.

LEGEND OF FOXFALL LORE: The Toshiva name has been in Foxfall's history for generations. Long ago in Foxfall's history, it was Lord Jerjerrod who first formed the Magistrate Elite, which back then had 25 members. Lord Jerjerrod formed the Elite to rid Foxfall of two great threats to his forest, a gang of bandits and a brood of the Coldblooded. Since the beginning of the Elite, there has always been a proud member of the Toshiva family serving with each passing generation. During Rend Toshiva's time, Foxfall for the most part has enjoyed a rather peaceful period. As a member of the Elite, he is second in command, next to Shade Pathagerus. He basically serves as a peacekeeper, keeping Foxfall safe from harm. Rend's peaceful days would come to an end when kidnapping attempts begin to happen to the young vixen, Vixala. After learning why these attempts are occurring and of Shade's past, he volunteers to help move Vixala away from Foxfall away from Rodentia's grasp. During this move, he would help thwart two of the kidnapping attempts on Vixala, the first from a mercenary named Timber. The second would be from Teesha Kumashi. Rend immediatly became smitten with the fiery, brash Teesha, despite the fact that they were fighting on opposing sides. Shade suggested that she was too dangerous to be kept alive, but Rend instead offered an alternate solution. He would abandon moving Vixala and return to Foxfall with Teesha as his captive. Shade reluctantly agreed and so Rend returned back to Foxfall with Teesha. Returning to Foxfall proved to be a smart move on Rend's part to begin with, for upon returning, word reached Lady Fara that the Rodentian army now moved against them. Without Shade, it fell to Rend to plan a counter offensive against the ominous threat. He would successfully defend Foxfall against the Rodentian attack and would also be one of the two surviving members of the Elite from this conflict. Rend's story is also quite a lot more extensive than this.
