So I drew a unicorn over half a year ago (I thought it was only a few months ago, what is time even) and mentioned that she has rainbow and light magic. This is what it looks like when that acts up. It flows magically, as if blown by some unseen wind.

Unfortunately, because her magic is very much connected to her emotions, getting too happy will absolutely lead to fabulous hair. Sees a cute puppy? Gets her favorite drink from Starbucks? Good jam comes on the radio? RAINBOWS.

She's ace but currently in a platonic relationship with Mialee, an alien. Mialee tolerates Iris' spontaneous rainbows, and Iris puts up with Mialee taking apart the appliances.
