For that logic ... well, explain in part of Yharnam XD (game: Bloodborne )
I mean there is a part (in the hemwick charnel house passage) where the witches of Henwick appear as a boss.
Basically they are dedicated to taking the eyes out of people, living or dead, and transplanting them into their bodies.
there are also "scholars" with phrases like "we don't have enough eyes" (obsessed with knowledge) and another of "we haven't opened our eyes yet" (the only one who realized that people are too foolish to understand transcendent knowledge).
Well... in short, too much obsession with the "eyes" XD.... well, and the blood, we must not forget about the blood.
