Ok folks, i've kept you in the dark about the meaning behind the story of this picture long enough. When i comission someone sometimes i like to let them have some fun too. I get one picture and tell them what i want, then i comission a second picture, pay them and say "heres my ref sheet....have fun" And they can do what they like with it.

Well  keblin here is a really sweet person and a great artist. She did some research on me and worked out that i lived in darwin. So to google she went and learnt that the town of darwin has the worlds largets ball of yarn, hence the picture of ball of yarn and the sign saying "home sweet home".

I love this so much, even more when i let her know that i live in Darwin Australia and not in the USA. Even though the town was wrong i insisted on keeping the picutre as it is. How many artists go to this length to make you happy? Im proud to call Keblin my friend and one of my all time favourite artists! *hugs*
