Surad, a male Tchienn in the service of the Central Alliance army was assigned to the 212th Battalion in the 121st Sector Group Takhzista. Like all Tchienn, Surad has eyes that are sensitive to bright light and as such, must wear protective googles or risk permanent eye damage.
