Glory is the first big collaboration between  foxenawolf and myself. She does the linework, and I make it a comic. Basically I draw the panels and to the toning and shading and tweak and move and wiggle people around and just comic it up. I also write the script.

And now you get to meet Gohl "Samuel" Voght, Verse's employer and NOT an arthritic old man who needs to sit in a magic box all day to stay healthy. No, he's an undead creature of the night sucking down some o-negative. You can keep blood from congealing in bottles if you sprinkle aspirin in it so I guess those things might help Sam with his headache too.

This kind of shows one of the things I love the most about writing comics. To make a good story you need to give equal attention to the world and the setting as well as the characters, but you also need a good dynamic. And Sam and Verse are about as opposite as opposite can get regarding their personalities and everything else, and yet they're almost perfect seamless partners. And you know how you write people who are best friends like that? You write them like they hate each other.
