A nice young lady ordered this badge on Sunday of FF. I was so intent on getting all the markings sketched out that I forgot to get the client's name and contact info! (which is right at the top of my order form...for a good reason!) (also, she did not want a name on the badge!)
When it was time to close the Dealer's Room, and she still had not shown up to get her badge, I was worried. Luckily for me, the FF folks had her credit card info, and were able to look up her con reg info from that!
So, I contacted her, she gets her badge mailed to her, and all is right with the world!
