5° medical appointment. And everything seems to be good!
The thing draining blood from my wound is already gone. But they will finish the process in a week +/- by removing the suture points.
I'm feeling happy about all of this, but the driving on Uber was horrible. I can't stand sit for more than 10-15 min because... dang it hurts! I feel like a big pressure on my back and it's almost unbearable! But oh well, seems it's normal since i got a lot of skin and muscle removed.
My next appointment is in a week, and I hope to be the last one. I'll do my best to return to my activities, but I won't be able to, stream for a while (per example), among a lot of stuffs that demand me being sit for long.
But oh well. It's for my own good. And I'm thinking a lot of stuffs to do!

I'm glad things are continuing to go well and I hope that you continue making a good recovery. Hopefully will be further good news with your last appointment and that you'll be able to take things easy and get back into things more fully over time as you can manage them.
