Name: Virgil Amatsu

Species: ??? (Given the name "Azer")
Appearance: A strangely otherworldly mix of various species from around the galaxy, Virgil sports a sky blue coat of fine, silky fur accented by soft pink feathers. A cream colored belly patch extends into a tail, which ends in a furry plume. Her tall ears aren't capable of echolocation, but still offer her unparalleled hearing. Large feathery wings allow her to soar through the skies, and her dark eyes are able to see spectrum of light most races can't. But more strangely are the strange logos and system scan patterns dotting her body. Not only are they completely natural, growing from her fur follicles, but the markings match no known patterns in any database. Many simply assume they are tattoos she got, not knowing they are as much a part of her body as the rest of her.
Personality: Calm and polite, Virgil was adopted and raised by human nobles when she was very young. But when in more active situations, she reveals how competitive she can be, willing to do whatever it takes to score victory. She's exceedingly flirtatious as well, confident in herself and her abilities. She shrugs failure off with ease, able to bounce back and keep fighting from even the most bitter of defeats.
Skills: Virgil has a basic understanding of engineering, but is outclassed by many of her teammates. Her skills as a Torem Sentinel rely mainly on her uncanny memorization, and dexterity with mechanical parts. As the team's weapon specialist, she takes great pride in her work, able to dismantle and repair the team's equipment with speed. And as her team's weapon specialist, her skills as a fighter are where she truly shines. Using her Vita ability, she's able to fight very viably with a custom made rapier energized with her own Vita, able to teleport quickly to engage enemies in close combat.
Weaknesses: Virgil's upbringing has left her ignorant to lower class culture, and she often feels she knows best from others, not taking into account she might just be ignorant. Her competitiveness can sometimes push her to take things too far and be unable to recognize she has. But beyond her failings on a personality level, Virgil suffers from a great many physical defects despite her healthy appearance. Her preference for light clothing is a necessity, as too much clothing clinging to her body induces a sickening sense of claustrophobia in her. When she needs to don full coverage clothing, such as her Sentinel uniform, she has to wear a specialized suit beneath it to quell the sensation. Her body has trouble adapting to extreme climates, putting her at greater risk to hypothermia and heat stroke than others.
As a Sentinel: Virgil is her team's weapon specialist, using her muscle and photographic memory to assemble things faster than most of her team can. She maintains everyone's gear first and foremost, but has difficulty assisting in other tasks. Especially where muscles are involved. Most of the team look up to her as sort of a second in command.

She is probably my most favorite OC I own and I am very excited to explore her in this universe. =w=
