A long while back I got this guy as an adopt from a user that is no longer around. A little while back I got an idea for an asshole character. A doctor/cleric who runs things like the American Healthcare system. He is a warlock with the patron "Insurance." You pay him a few gold a month and he heals you, no questions asked. He is not helpful in the slightest.

"Oh sorry your plan covers bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage. That's necrotic. We can heal it, but it will be 500 gold."
"Sorry I will need pre-authorization for that Revivify. I will send this to Insurance and let you know if it's possible in 2 days to 3 weeks."
"Sorry your poison status is a pre-existing condition and I will not be able to heal you at this time."

He's gonna be great for an evil campaign.
