I heard a new song that I've been listening to on repeat. I was desperately trying to attach it to a character, and finally fell on Gawain. Gawain whose love came back after years on a pirate ship completely changed. Gawain who had to struggle to reconcile his ideal of her, the person he once knew, and the person she is now. Gawain who, in the end, was left behind again lest he be put in further danger. I love my stupid butler boy. And I love this song. It really is perfect.
