So this faux comic is based on a dream I had some time ago. I had dreamt I was reading a Sonic The Hedgehog comic written and published from a foreign country. The fictitious country in question however had some strange censorship laws in place for cartoon characters requiring them to wear pants or similar clothing (think of the urban legend regarding Donald Duck and Finland). The result was the artist fitting Sonic and eventually Tails with some poofy shorts that now thinking about it looked perhaps a bit like the pants worn by Majin/Innocent Buu from DragonBall Z or Tenshi from GoGo Ackman. I decided to embellish Tails' pants with some draw-strings but knowing my audience you can embellish it however you'd like. The character's designs I also embellished a bit, specifically Tails who I broke slightly from how his tails/fur/tufts were usually drawn, also giving him larger almost Fennec like ears. I just imagined this comic would probably deviate a bit more from the official Sonic design bible and have their own takes on how to draw certain features of the characters.

For anyone curious, the title here is simply "Sonic & Tails Adventures" written using Draconic font from Dungeons & Dragons; I thought it'd look decidedly foreign enough for my purposes here.

I might toy with this concept more in the future, but to be honest I'd love to see other artist's take on the subject
