First proper upload of July and I was aiming to finish it on the 4th, given the intended subject. Basically just Rachel in an American flag bikini, seen in previous July 4th drawings I've made and she's in a bit of a flirty mood today. She's just eying some lucky guy and is about to engage in conversation and flirt with him as much as she likes... and no doubt he will as well.
