If there was an alternative ending, it should be like this;
5 Stages of Blueberry: Popping.
Stage 6 then could just be you didn't die at all or you're actually dead but someone will revive you.
Hope this brought an idea to your mind.

You haven't survived stage 4, sadly. You explode as the blueberry juice splatters everywhere and your scraps are on the floor. Everyone around you is probably shocked how you exploded due to how you didn't handle that much of juice.It was fun while it lasted...Stage 6 then could just be you didn't die at all or you're actually dead but someone will revive you.
Hope this brought an idea to your mind.
