I can't bear having nothing on my page! So here's my first upload~
I hope you all enjoy it and that
randomonlooker won't kill me for stealing his microphone
at six in the morning and waking up everybody by playing this. Fortunately he isn't sleeping here and so will not be as angry as everybody else. =P
Enjoy!
And I do hope it's good enough for you. :)
There were a lot of birds singing and chirping whilst I was playing, a bit of a breeze and all, so there are extraneous sounds here and everywhere. I hope you don't mind! But playing indoors is totally dull. =/

Thank you!
OH, hardcore playing is only to be used very sparingly ina piece. There are very few classical pieces that ask for anything crazy! I have played a few avant-garde pieces that tell you to press down with the bow until the strings almost touch the finger board. Baroque music has to be a little subdued, so thank you for the grand compliment! I think that we're going to do a sort of mini challenge within our group with who can play a certain piece from this suite the best! ;)
As for the heavy playing, I think with instruments such as this, it's only gotten to be a bit popular in modern times. It seems a bit counter-intuitive anyway with such a delicate instrument!
Personally, I'm fond of performing around 3-4 in the morning, somehow people in my house don't even notice
Wow, that's pretty early... I think the only instrument I'd ever play so early is the clavichord... violins are already too loud! How odd.... what do you play? And congrats, you've got courage!
The birds and wind and stuff gives it ambiance and makes it feel warmer and more intimate. Sort of like hearing Glenn Gould hum the tune in his recordings. So, yeah, does not detract at all.
