What a mysterious man. Definitely someone you don't see in the Ziocolti region. His name is Salvatore and he is from the Galar region. He caught his meowth in his homeland and his piplup from his travels overseas. He just loves to travel by sea. His ship, unfortunately, sunk in the middle of the ocean and he ended up wash a shore of the Ziocolti region. Very grateful toward his pokemon, as piplup pulled him to shore when his ship sunk and meowth help him built his onshore shelter by slashing down branches and bushes. Salvatore also helps the teens by giving them tips and advice about raising pokemon. So, an all-around good fellow.
