About a year after Swia had been free from Kroko and Dark Gatorr Pirates and Mona 4th become it ruler she hold a festival know as the Lugia Festival to honor Siwa former guardian Arthur Quicksilver. It would be quite a hit as whole kingdom celebrate all luigas. And most of all the hero that give his life so Mona the Second could escape during the fall and ensuring that the hope of the people would survive. So Mona the Second was back in Yuba the capital city of Siwa again. Persian walking around the free city, waving and greeting the Pokes off the city for the festive. BBeing warm and friendly kitty she usually was but oh she wasn't hiding her sad this well. As everywhere she went brought back memories of her goofbird guardian Arthur. Sol able to tell this the most. Solucario quite dishearted as he was unsure how to help her. Last ordder that Arthur had given him was to protect her and he done that. Sol and Mona Second were back here after all. But with them both distracted, they fail to notice Typhoon a Typhlosion in front and Mona thee Second bump into him and cause him to drop his prize Lugia plushie he had name Mercury 2. Typhsion was Tturtlereef's Lugia biggest fan. Persian quick to catch it and give it back to Typhoon. While Mona would say sorry to Typhlosion and chat bit, Sol would stare at the Lugia plush and get a bit of an idea. Once Sol and Mona the Second return back to Pangororia would Sol sneak off to Turrtlereef for a bit to make an order at Kel and Leons Item Supply Emporium. And then the next day a mail Pokemon, a Dragonite name Lance drop off a pack to the Solucario. Sol quickly taking to Mona the Second and Hawk bedroom to give to the Persian. Mona 2nd surprise at the box but got to opening up the gift. And Sol quickly tackle hug to the floor by joyful cat and then she going back to pull Lugia plushie out of the box to cuddle it. Hawk walking over to offer a paw to help Sol up. Hawk: "Very nice Sun pup. So what you naming it Moon Kitten?" Mona the Second: "Arthur 2!" She shouted out joyfully as she flop down on her pamper clad rearr and snug her new treasure. Sol going over to sit next to the Persian and the two smile at each other.
