The details are great. Her hair is shiny, those small spots below her blue eyes are a nice touch, the whiskers are neat and her top looks great with those wrinkles. :D

I tell you what... you have got to find a way to free up some time to do tutorials, a lot of people would appreciate and im sure some would be willing to donate to the cause, start a campaign! Id bet itd work.

If you would be willing to take this idea and invest in it, than maybe you could recieve monitary contributions and begin on tutorials. But expecting me to get this realized... would be almost foolish. (Please note this is not an attack on you, if anything I'm attacking myself. Had people get mad before for similarily attituded comments, just a precaution. o.o)

Model it around DarkDuck's campaign, hes raised what... 500 some dollars so far? i dont know how long thats been going for but 500! As for your art skill, youre basically a standard. There are those better than you, and those worse than you. Youre art is always anatomically and proportionally correct to my understanding, and although im not in a postition to review your shading process that is so apposedly criticized and condemned... it sure as hell looks ok to me! I would greatly familiarize from a well composed set of tutorials by you. Many others would too, and even with the more influential artist barking at you for whatever you may be doing wrong, there will still be those that praise you.
