This is the titular character of the fairly well-known old game series created by Epic. He's a rabbit which comes from a far-away galaxy in the future, which there is a war at place between rabbits and turtles (sound familiar?). This is based on how he appears in the original PC games, rather than the redesigned appearance from the 2002 GBA "reboot" (which is criminally underrated, by the way). I may later do a drawing based on how he appears in that.
