Part of my Voice Acting Workshop is building a short audio project in front of the attendees so everyone can see how performances are manipulated to create final recordings. I invite volunteers to play the roles in a 1-page script, then I edit, add sound effects and processing to give a rough idea of how audio projects are made.

At FurFright 2010,  jtigerclaw gave me permission to write a radio promo for his webcomic Fletcher Apts., treating it as if the comic had been made into a sitcom. I wrote a script, got his approval on it, then gave copies to the attendees at my panel and had 4 voice actors step up to the microphone. I was able to cut the dialogue together with sound effects (some of which were recorded at FurFright, even) at the panel. I later took the project home and added music and made some mixing tweaks. Anyway, here's the final recording-- all written and performed at FurFright 2010!
