Ability - Smooch Summoning
Lucien's ability allows him to summon other Maximites. He does this by conjuring a pokeball that corresponds with the design of the desired Maxmite. One example is a Friend ball to summon Elilum the Zizagoon who has a Friend ball designed top. However he can only summon specific Maximites that have had a deep intimate smooch with him. Their emotional connection with Lucien is why they wear clothes designed to match their agreed pokeball types. Exceptions are the StarHeart Twins Colette the Eevee and Mackenzie the Pikachu. Colette has a multitude of forms so her summon ball is just a normal Pokeball with an elemental symbol corresponding to each of her evolutions and Mackenzie is a Premier ball. Lucien can add as many Maximites to his summoning list has he can as long as he has a deep emotional kiss with them.


Personality - Lucien is a hopeless lover boy who gets completely overwhelmed by the other Maximites of his world. He can only grow 1000 ft tall while most of the others can dwarf the planet. For this reason he doesn't participate in the of league battles as he basically stands no chance so he only spectates. He has grown to be quite submissive to the much larger women of the Maximum League since their enormity can make him less than a dustmite to them. In fact the female Maximite refer to Lucien as "Tinymite" to emphasize is smallness However he finds himself in a comfortable position in life and is fine with things as is.

Backstory - Lucien grew as just a normal guy his entire life but that changed with adulthood when he found out he had the ultramax gene. It didn't grow giant body poroportions like female Maximites but her had the ability to grow like them... although not to cosmic scales like the females can. However since the world has found itself in the situation of pokemon with the ability to grow infinitely and makes reality a toy in recent years things were quite chaotic. The world wanted a central hub for all Maximites to keep track this powerful species. However with such ridiculous abilities only a Maximite could hope to even slow down another Maximite so Lucien the smallest of all of them was decided to do the job. So Lucien founded the Maximite League he figured since most Pokemon like battling he'd form a Pokemon League exclusive to Maximies and thus the Maximum League was born. So he try's to keep track of chilling out the behavior of Maximites... as much as a tiny Linoone can against universe sized women. Well Lucien can't be too bad at his job he has managed to have every single Maximite in existence registered in the Maximum League, so he has the keeping track part down.
