Not much put into this one...a very minor character....

As the story goes, Tootsie not surprisingly was incredibly nasty to someone who turned out to be an evil witch in disguise and cursed her with a masochistic desire to be tickled, to which her body craves it but her mind hates it to the point where its the worst torture in the world for her. To make things even worse, the curse also caused her feet to swell to a massive size 15, all to make them more obvious and appealing targets.

So yeah...she gets tormented the crap out of on a regular basis XD
