The new hero in town is a little...unconventional to say the least. The authorities have taken to calling him a myriad of different names from Robbie Rotten to Motley Fool, and nothing seems to stick when the hero in question doubles as a thief and a vigilante; The Fool will rob a museum in the same night he'll leave a would be mugger hog tied in front of the police station, so while civilians see him as heroic, he's certainly a thorn in the OCPD's side.
Aki gets his abilities from his patronage to the fledgling demon prince, Rene, who previously bit the bullet for half of his crimes due to their similar appearance. I'm sure you can imagine how awkward that was.
[MAIN ABILITY] Uncanny Silence- When active, the only noise he makes is a very subtle ring emanating from his collar; nothing else makes noise so long as he touches it (example; if he knocks over a vase, the shatter is silent aside from the subtle jingle of the jester bells)
[SECONDARY ABILITY] Demon Call - Summons his demon patron's powers to help him escape tricky situations more readily by way of acrobatics or even using his patrons wings to fly should the situation call for it
