This one is the most mysterious and interesting from the trio OwO I'm intriged go see how his powers work together, I mean what change when he is full water or full psy and what diff it have between the Psy-water and the Water-psy other than the color change.

Dont forget to meet Clyde to answer one of your questions. As to how the different phases affect him, they give him the attacks of buizel and mew and in the intermediate phases the attacks are stronger for the first and less for the second type until it flips. Defense is affected also, stronger for the second and less so for the first. Like how pokemon evolved for cuteness to lower the enemy's guard, this may be the next stage of evolution where they can change their type over time to drive the opponent batty.
