Since Adriam grew up among humans, he has never seen wild dragons, so he is a little excited. Wild dragons tend not to show themselves to humans, because these creatures(humans) are no less cunning and always find ways to catch dragons and then use them for their own purposes. Maybe Hatesurg got caught by Adriam's pheromones, or by his own stupidity, but he's definitely glad to be not the only dragon in this place.
