In the village it wasn't long until Shadow was noticed as brushed away a spot of snow and laid Maria down in the clearing. There was a sudden commotion and many villagers simply ran off as a few yelled at him, some even picking up stones and throwing them. Yelling various things, mostly revolving around 'go away monster'
Shadow turned as a few stones managed to make contact and stepped back away from them and Maria. He stayed at the edge of the forest keeping an eye on Maria as the villagers continued to throw stones and yell at him. In the distance some of the villagers who ran off had called others and some with various tools and weapons could be seen running toward the commotion.
