It's just an image that someone would put up on a wall/inside a locker, etc. that has a person/character posing sexily on it.

Of course you can post it! And yes, it is another name for the shirt. I hesitated about putting it in because it seems somewhat offensive, but that's what somebody would want to see if they were searching for that.
