What good is a lone hero when up against a realm of endless nightmare? The light of a single candle trying to pierce through the darkness of an infinite void? Little wonder many lay down their arms and succumb to the evil.
But what if that one candle refuses to go out? Darkness swarms around it. Sometimes it flickers, and dims. It is brought down to a single ember, and often it wants to simply go out. Staying aflame is so hard, so tiring when the world simply wants it snuffed into darkness and smoke. But when all are against you, dark waves crashing upon you and howling winds overwhelming you, and still you refuse to let your light be dulled, still you look back at the darkness, rise again, and refuse to be snuffed? That is what makes a hero.

Fantastic piece! I love how the vignette caused by the hoards of darkness highlights your character standing in the light. Wings flared, and muscles on display, your stance show great confidence and determination to see the battle through, almost as if you welcome the challenge before you. A truly heroic piece indeed!
Oh mighty hero, ye who stands against the darkness beyond the mortal vail. What you face is quite the nightmare for any normal folk. but have you maybe given it the thought, that what you are facing is just the cannon fodder. For in the Darkness, the Void, Oblivion, there slumbers all manner of Monsters. All you have to do, to get their attention, is to just keep on doing the heroic things you do, and they will be knocking on your doors in no time. So you bedst be carefull what entity's feet you step on, for you may never see the sun's light again.

well for one it's song, which causes people to ignore its presence, and ignore ANY missing persons. Unless you're deaf, constantly using MP to cast silence, or constantly drinking silence potions: Chance is you're going to die encountering one. Even then; you are not safe with the silence buff; if it thinks you know of it's presence but you've silenced your Character, the jig is up; rule 1: don't fall for it's song. Rule2: DON'T panic if it investigates real close to you. And rule 3: If it does inspect you, don't turn your eyes to it; dead giveaway.
