This is actually a flashback story because the CNG crisis has ended. While it was still going, however, exposure to gold CNG gave Judge Marcus musical abilities he didn't have before. Now he plays percussion instruments full time.

Chuong: I had no idea you were a musician Judge Marcus. Then again, it is assumed that everybody from Wildcat City is one.

Judge Marcus: Not everybody in Wildcat City plays music, Moon Moon. I don't think I was planning on it, but since the gold CNG gave me those abilities, I feel I now have an obligation to play the percussion instruments.
