Oh no, not in the show's canon...I mean, there was a number of opportunities for canon transformations to occur (literally the third season's big bad is defeated by a regression spell that is never undone by the end of the series, though implied they will just grow up the normal way, this time with their parents being there), but well, never acted upon on those we'd LIKE to see such things happen...
