Okay so this is a revamp of my old Charlie Matthews character that I was using for LHNB. Charlie will no longer be part of LHNB, she is now part of a new story I am writing called "Life With Phillip". This Charlie has dark brown hair and hazel eyes and dislikes children. She works at a film studio and likes weird outfits.
