Edmund was never one to walk away from a challenge, even when said challenge came from his mentor's tipsy friend, Richard. The dragon knight is rightfully proud of his prowess on the battlefield, and in a moment of liquid courage-infused bravado, claimed that the tigerkin didn't stand a chance against him in an arm-wrestling match.
One thing led to another, and before long Edmund had cleared the table, ready to bring the lie to Richard's boasts. Let us hope that the table can stand up to the might of our two competitors.
Thanks as always to
BigGoodWolf for their extraordinary work, and
CyberLightning for splitting this piece with me. :D

True. Richard has many distinct advantages, but I wouldn't discount my dear protege.
He spent much of his youth keeping his peers out of trouble by beating up the bullies and other people who would abuse their power. And at the magistrum, he's undergone more formal martial arts training.
