Next new OC is Raya, a Lucario who works as a kickboxing instructor. She's 1 of the best that the town she lives in has to offer. When Raya was born, she had suffered a birth defect, where her legs and paws grew significantly thicker and bigger than normal ones. She ended up getting bullied a bit during her school years because of it. Fortunately, she's used this defect to her advantage when she's teaching kickboxing.
