A commission drawn by  Temrin! The iconography of Greybell.

The Talematros dragons, after fleeing their native world, landed in territory claimed by the nation of Greybell on a foreign world. They fit in poorly, the dragons having their own culture, and being very opposed to authority, but a livable balance was found.

The Talematros dragons live in an enclave, or autonomous region of Greybell, and as such, have their own variant of the Greybell flag to indicate when they act of their own accord versus as part of Greybell as a whole.

Greybell is a nation with a strong ethos of self reliance. It is a nation surrounded by hostiles, in particular the kingdom of Ambergrace, and the threat of the hive creatures (need to come up with a proper name for them). Greybell has to stand on its own and be self sufficient since its founding. They have not lost that value in the time since. Having a strong agricultural base, the iconic Greybell itself, the memorial of the nation's founding, has a representation of a stalk of wheat wrapping around the bell.

The nation's motto is "It is what we make of it." A recognition that they, and they alone, are responsible for their nation, safety, and needs. To better their future, and that of their children, they must roll up their sleeves and make it so with their own hands.
