I can't think of anything useful to say, so I'll just say this is beautiful and I love it.
Oh, wait, there's something. I mess with photography a bit and would never, ever backlight a subject like this. The way you can do it in a painting and make it gorgeous is a revelation to me. Thank you. I never would have thought of it. Now it's something I might even ask for in a commission some time, some place.
