I decided to stick with my initial plan of shaded character references with flat colour palettes on the side so you get the best of both worlds. =]

I have always loved sharks so it was inevitable that I would eventually make a shark character. I've had sketches that date back to 2003 of me wanting to create a shark anthro character but never really did bring myself to actually creating one officially until years later.

Han is a well-trained army general who is generally a decent guy, a smooth talker, but he just has a bit of a temper problem. Basically don't mess with him or he'll bite your head off... literally. 8D

Umm... and he has a human form, but that ref I haven't even sketched yet.
