It turns out that they were inflated due to a virus. And it seems that it's super contagious. Knuckles and Vanilla checked to see if they are OK but ended up inflating as well. To make matters more uncomfortable, everyone in the room began to get bigger! Some were getting a little annoyed, while others thinks that it was not too bad, and two of them are enjoying each other's company

Sonic: Man, I feel like I'm gonna burst any second
Tails: I wouldn't worry, the virus doesn't lead the infected to pop according to my research.
Amy: Well I would not mind, I will make the best of this until it wears off. Well if it does wear off.
Knuckles: You may enjoy it, I lost my chance of being a bodybuilder.
Shadow: I swear, the things I'd do to Eggman for making us this way!
Rouge: Calm down, dear. Besides, I think I can manage this being the biggest blimp~

Vanilla: Are you alright, Cream?
Cream: I am, Mommy. Hee hee, this is fun.

Blaze: Well if we are gonna be stuck here, we might as well get comfortable.
Sally: When I'm around you I already am ˆˆ
